Yoga of Recovery 6 week series
Yoga of Recovery is a 75 minute class that incorporates a mindful discussion about healing from harmful behaviors within a yoga practice focused on recovery. Includes a guided breath practice, moving into a gentle, all -levels yoga practice and closes with a deep relaxation and meditation.
Class meets Tuesday’s 7:15 pm – 8:30 pm on 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/25, and 9/1. *Note- there is no class 8/11 (due to instructor travel) or 8/18 (due to our New Moon event for women at Jennings beach).
Due to COVID 19 and social distancing, there are NO Drop-Ins available at this time, pre-registration required.
